The Humboldt and District SPCA launches capital campaign to meet transition costs
The Humboldt Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of animals in Humboldt and surrounding areas. Beginning operations in 2007, our mission is to provide care and refuge for homeless and abused animals, to promote the humane treatment of animals, and to educate the community about responsible pet ownership.
We operate an animal shelter that provides a safe and loving environment for dogs, cats, and other small animals in need. Our staff and volunteers work tirelessly to provide medical care, behaviour rehabilitation, and temporary housing to animals until they can be placed in loving homes.
We rely on the support of our community to continue our work. Whether through donations, volunteering, or participating in our events, there are many ways to get involved and make a positive impact on the lives of animals in need.
At the Humboldt SPCA, we believe that every animal deserves a second chance. Join us in our mission to create a brighter future for animals in our community.
